Ten years after the Kosovo War, correspondent Michael Montgomery returns to the Balkans on assignment for the BBC to investigate the disappearances of Serbs allegedly kidnapped and killed by ethnic Albanians. In a series of video journals for the Center for Investigative Reporting, Montgomery takes viewers behind the story. The Investigators is CIR’s web-video series highlighting investigative reporting—as it happens—by journalists around the world.
